About me
It may seem strange to begin an About me page by talking about you. But, the biggest thing I’ve learned on my journey as a career coach, is not to focus on what I have achieved, but on how that experience can be translated into helping others to reach their business and life goals.
My experience in a wide range of roles, industries and even countries, means that I know firsthand how it feels when you’re plunged into a swirl of indecision and anxiety. I’ve started over, traded security for the unknown, and discovered new ways of being, and doing things.
So, whether you’re ready to launch, lead or leave a business, I’ve been there and can help you
to do that– confidently and effectively.
If completely honest, at first I was sceptical, if a little ignorant, about what coaching could do for me. Until I discovered how it helped me to get out of my own head and into the role of
co-CEO. Coaching created space to challenge the nagging self-doubt, let go of expectations, and instead live into my future possibilities.
The process of change is never easy. I spent years learning my craft through the Executive Coaching Institute at UC Berkeley, completing over 100 coaching hours with clients.
But it’s all worthwhile, as later this year I’ll earn my International Coaching Federation credential, and with that, the opportunity to pay it forward.
